कितनी बेरंग थी ज़िंदगी जबकि सुबह शाम का सफ़र था     हर बंदा तनहा था यहाँ  जबकि जमघट हरदम हर डगर है कुछ समय चाहिए कुछ मोहलत मिल जाए थोड़ा और जी ले जो फ़ुरसत मिल जाए अबकी बार है मोदी सरकार प्रभु ने भी सुनली है, इस बार समय चाहिए लेलो तुम बेपनाह मोहलत देदी यार वो सब कैसे, हुआ ज़रूरी जो बन गई थी, अपनी मजबूरी ना घड़ी की सुइयाँ चलती है अब  कल परसों में भी, बड़ गई है दूरी हाँ फ़िज़ा फिर रंगीन हुई है रात से पहले साँझ हुई है  नए पंछीयो का आना जाना भी हुआ फिर क्यूँ हरसु उदासीन हुई है फिर से रास्ते नापने दो  फिर से जीवन नीरस कर दो कुछ-कुछ हम भी बदलेगें कुछ कुछ पहले जैसा-सा कर दो श्यामिली
